I had a great sleep in the comfy bed in my room. However, the room's door looked outdated and unappealing at first glance. Sometimes, there were no milk sachets left with the tea/coffee, and the same applied to shampoo supplies. The hotel offers various restaurant options like Jamaican, Italian, Seafood, and Japanese, but you need to book in advance, and not all are open every night with limited availability. The buffet bar had an okay selection, but the food was average. There is also an outside bar serving fast food.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms, thanks to Pauline our housekeeper in building 5, were spacious, clean, and had everything I needed from a flat-screen TV to a coffee maker and a fridge. The views from the balcony were super, and each one was unique. The service was top-notch, making me feel special and beautiful. Though the property has a lot of potential, it needs some TLC to reach its full glory.
